The main responsibilities of the NDRC Committee of the Communist Party of China are: to publicize and implement the party’s routes, guidelines, and policies, implement the resolutions of the CPC Central Committee, the Working Committee of CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and the CPC Leadership Group of NDRC; organize all NDRC CPC party members and officials to study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the thought of “Three Represents”, the Scientific Outlook on Development, and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; coordinate and promote the political, ideological, organizational, system and disciplinary develoment of the party in NDRC, and advance the in-depth fight against corruption; guide the development of the party’s grass-roots organization in NDRC, recruit party members, educate and manage party members; lead the work of the NDRC discipline inspection committee, build a clean and honest government, carry out education in discipline and clean governance; undertake the day-to-day work of the Leading Group Office of Discipline Inspection under the NDRC CPC Leadership Group; lead other organizations such as the NDRC Labour Union, the Communist Youth League, and the Women’s Committee; lead the work of the party in the institutions affiliated to the NDRC and the liaison units of the NDRC; complete other tasks assigned by the NDRC CPC Party Leadership Group and NDRC officials.

Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the NDRC CPC Party Committee will adhere to the function of “following the CPC Central Committee, building the team, and serving the public”, earnestly perform our duties, continuously improve NDRC’s party construction work toward a scientific, standardized, and institutionalized level. We will promote high-quality development of the party building, make new progress in various undertakings of development and reform, and make greater contribution to the great project of party building.
