On August 21, a set of high-speed EMUs and a set of comprehensive inspection trains exported from China to Indonesia for Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway were transported from Qingdao Port, marking the official departure of China's first exported high-speed trains.
The trains were tailored for Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway according to China's standards, with a maximum speed of 350 km/h. Those shipped at Qingdao Port were the first batch of trains for the railway. After arriving at Jakarta Port, they will be transported to Bandung by road.
