On June 19th, Yang Yinkai, Vice Chairman of NDRC met with Lin Boon Heng, President of Temaske.
Yang Yinkai introduced that China's economy has been enjoying steady growth, and the sustaining positive momentum remains unchanged. China and Singapore are important cooperative partners. Temasek has been active to participate in and expand pragmatic cooperations over the years, and it’s hoped that Temasek will continue to expand investment and cooperation with China. Yang Yinkai introduced China’s policies and measures in promoting high-quality development, building a large and unified national market, promoting employment and personnel training, and encouraging and supporting the development of private enterprises.
President Lin Boon Heng introduced Temasek’s investment and development in China, saying that Temasek attaches great importance to enhancing cooperation with China in the fields of digitization, health and rehabilitation, new consumption and sustainable development, etc. Lin expressed that Temasek is optimistic about the Chinese economy and Chinese market, and will continue to enhance exchange and expand cooperation areas with China.
