On April 27th, Deputy Director General of the Department of Foreign Capital and Overseas Investment of the NDRC met with Mr. Fran?ois Balumuene, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to China. The two sides agreed that China and DRC have a solid foundation for mining cooperation, and still have strong complementarity and large potential for cooperation in the future. Both sides will uphold the principles of sincerity and friendship, mutual benefit and win-win situation, and promote the high-quality development of mining cooperation between China and DRC.
