February 7th, the Department of Foreign Capital and Overseas Investment held a meeting with the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation of the Ministry of Finance and the World Bank team. The three parties conducted in-depth discussions on the negotiation arrangements for key World-Bank financed projects in Fiscal Year 2023-2024, as well as the preparation of pipeline projects for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. The three sides also agreed to accelerate the new round of calls for proposals and lending program preparation, and to further deepen the partnership between China and the World Bank on both lending and knowledge sharing.
