Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) approved the Foreign Capital Utilization Plan for Water Environment Improvement Project in Baofeng County (Henan) financed by German Promotional Loan. The project mainly supports waste water treatment plants and associated drainage system, a set of smart water system and capacity building. The total investment of the project is 348 Million RMB, of which KfW provides German Promotional Loan of 35MillionEuro.
