In addition to the construction of schools, the contractor is to provide a series of services e.g. laboratory planning, equipment supply, teacher training, after-sales service and assistance in the operation and maintenance period so as to meet the training needs of 14 disciplines or specialties including mechanical processing, electronics and electricians, automobile repairing, welding and iron technique, cooling air conditioner, agricultural machinery, civil engineering, construction machinery, food processing, printing technology, etc.

Patrick Achi noted that after completion, the vocational training schools will train more vocational and technical talents for the country, which will satisfy the needs of future industrial development, mitigate the employment difficulties of young people and promote local economic growth.
