First China Belt and Road High-end Forum on Foreign-related Rule of Law held in Hangzhou

On November 27, the first China Belt and Road high-end forum on foreign-related rule of law & the fifth forum on rule of law for the construction of free trade port with Chinese characteristics was held in Zhejiang Province.

Themed on "Belt and Road foreign-related rule of law construction and free trade zone (port) rule of law innovation under the background of China's application to accede to CPTPP", this event focused on issues including international trade disputes settlement mechanism, foreign-related arbitration, Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) foreign-related rule of law construction and rule of law innovation for free trade zone (port) competition, diversified settlement of foreign-related civil and commercial disputes. Experts and scholars from universities and research institutions, together with representatives from related government departments in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Hainan, were invited to participate in the forum through the "online plus offline" manner.
