The podium level provides a direct view of the Burj Khalifa tower and includes amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, multifunctional meeting rooms, running tracks, a children's play area, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Upon its operation, the project will greatly enhance the convenience of local residents' daily lives and commercial activities.
