Chinese company formally signs equity acquisition agreement for wind power project in Serbia

Recently, a Chinese company and its partner signed an equity acquisition agreement in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, under which the two sides will jointly invest in the development of the 297.6MW Vetrozelena wind power project. The signing of the equity acquisition agreement for the Vetrozelena wind power project marks an important milestone in the project investment and development process, laying a solid foundation for the rapid advancement of the project. After the completion of the project, it will become the largest installed capacity of new energy power project in Serbia, which is of great significance to help Serbia achieve its green and low-carbon goals, and will also make a positive contribution to the local regional economic development and improvement of people's livelihood.
