Chinese-built Pocitelj Bridge in Bosnia and Herzegovina sees side spans join

Recently, the spans between the S2-S3 supports of Pocitelj Bridge joined, 20 days ahead of the schedule, laying a solid foundation for the completion of the project. Pocitelj Bridge, the longest one under construction and built in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is undertaken by a Chinese enterprise. It is 945 meters long and 21.92 meters wide. The highest pier body reaches 97 meters and the longest span 147 meters. After completion, Pocitelj Bridge is expected to significantly improve the traffic conditions between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.
