On October 27, 2022, the New Wami Bridge in Tanzania, undertaken by Power Construction Corporation of China, opened to traffic. With a total length of 510 meters and a total width of 11.85 meters, the bridge is a key project connecting Tanzania's largest city Dar es Salaam, the country's northern region and the world-famous tourist attraction Mount Kilimanjaro. This project, with great economic and social significance, will help boost local agriculture, mining, transportation and other sectors.
