On April 24, the construction of section G3-4 of the Tel Aviv Light Rail Green Line kicked off. The light rail project is expected to be completed in 2024 with a bridge as well as a station of a floor area of 2,400 square meters.
The Tel Aviv Light Rail has been the largest government-licensed infrastructure project since the founding of Israel. The Green Line will connect central Tel Aviv with the north and south regions. The project will employ advanced large-diameter pile foundation drilling and installing equipment and apply technologies from China. After completion, the bridge and station will greatly ease urban travel pressure and benefit local communities.
