According to the statistics of Yiwu Customs, the imports and exports of “YXE” China Railway Express increased by 130.7 percent year on year to RMB 26.71 billion in the first seven months of this year, exceeding last year’s total value of RMB 26.67 billion five months in advance.

As the capacity of trade-related international freight transportation becomes increasingly tightening, “YXE” China Railway Express has been building a dense transportation network by opening new lines to create efficient logistics channels and serve the “dual circulation” of domestic and international markets. In 2021, the Yiwu Platform opened two new lines, the “China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan” highway-rail combined express and the “Yiwu-Kaliningrad-Rostock” railway express, increasing the total number of railway lines to 16. Railway lines starting from the Jinhua Platform now cover more than 120 cities in France, Hungary, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, as well as the five countries in Central Asia. From January to July this year, the two platforms of Jinhua and Yiwu operated a total of 1,225 China-Europe Railway Express trains, an increase of 135.6 percent year on year.
