Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) approved the Foreign Capital Utilization Plan of the Austrian government loan for the construction project of the Silk Road Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo Center of Lanzhou University of Arts and Science. The project mainly promotes Lanzhou University of Arts and Science to deepen educational reform and carry out relevant construction on campus. The total investment of the project is about 340 million RMB, of which 25 million Euros are financed by the Austrian Government Loan.
