Recently, the NDRC approved the Foreign Capital Utilization Plan for the Rural Secondary Vocational Education Development Project of Hunan Province Financed by Israeli Government Loan.The total investment of this project is 1068.72 million RMB, including 75 million USD from Israel Government loans. The fund will be used for the procurement of teaching facilities, the development of vocational education system and teachers’ capacity building in eight vocational schools, which are Hunan Hengnan County Vocational Secondary School, Nanxian County Vocational Secondary School, Ceramics-Fireworks Vocational Technology School of Liling, Shimen County Xiangbei Vocational Secondary School, Linli County Vocational Secondary School, Xiangyin County No.1 Vocational Secondary School, Fenghuang County Vocational Secondary School and Huayuan County Vocational Senior Middle School. The project will effectively assist to improve the fundamental infrastructures conditions, teaching qualities and the training capacity of technic-application-type talents of the above-mentioned middle schools in Hunan Province.
