In his speech, Ning Jizhe pointed out that since the first quarter of this year, in the face of the winter and spring epidemic and the uncertainty of the international situation, China has continued to consolidate and expand the achievements of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, scientifically and accurately implement macro policies, maintain the continuity and sustainability of policies, strengthen and stabilize the economic operation, expand production demand and enhance market vitality, the national economy has started well. The "14th Five-Year Plan" outline proposes to implement a high-level opening-up to the outside world and open up new prospects for win-win cooperation. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, in the new era, China will act on its new development philosophy and build on its new development paradigm in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other, with the domestic market as the mainstay to achieve high-quality development. Next, we will continue to make good efforts to implement foreign investment projects and ensure smooth operation of industrial chain and supply chain; we will continue to expand the high-level opening-up to the outside world, and attract more high-quality external elements to participate in the domestic market; Continuously improve the level of opening-up platform, build connection and support points of domestic and international markets ; deepen the reform of "streamline administration and delegate power, improve regulation, and upgrade services" and create a good business environment for foreign investment to participate in the "dual circulation"; invite more companies to share the benefits of China's high-quality economic development, and continue to inject recovery power into the world economy.
