Recently, the Chinese-built Bin Qasim Power Station 3 (BQPS-III), a combined-cycle power plant in Pakistan, started full-load operation in its No.1 and No.2 gas-fired gensets and steam turbine, with a total output of 900 MW. So far, all parameters are normal and stable. After the project reaches full capacity, it will greatly enhance the power generation capacity and efficiency of the owner's company, greatly alleviate the power shortage in Karachi, reduce the electricity cost of local users, and make great contributions to local socio-economic development.
