The 67-kilometer highway between Tosontsengel, Dzavhan Aymag and Uliastai undertaken by a Chinese enterprise recently opened to traffic. It shortens the drive time from northern Mongolia to the provincial capital Uliastai from 3 hours to 30 minutes, which greatly facilitates the travel of the local people and thus is highly praised by all parties.
