Xiang Libin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1967. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Doctorate in Science, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as a Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman (concurrent post) of the Commission.
