Liu Huanxin

Liu Huanxin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1963. Liu holds a post-graduate degree from the CPC Party School and is a member of the CPC. Liu serves as a member of the CPC Leadership Group of NDRC. He is also Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Commissioner of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration.
