Yuan Da, male, Han ethnicity, was born in November 1975. Yuan holds a doctorate in economics and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a Deputy Secretary-General of the National Development and Reform Commission, Director of the Department of National Economy. Serving also as the Commission’s news spokesperson.
