The Department of Fiscal and Financial Affairs is responsible for studying and analyzing the capital balance of the whole society; studying fiscal and monetary policies and issues of reforming fiscal and financial systems, analyzing the implementation of fiscal and monetary policies and making recommendations in this regard; putting forward development strategies and policy recommendations concerning direct financing; participating in decision making on the overall volume, structure and direction of securities issuance; and studying and proposing the total amount of issuance of corporate bonds and the direction of the investment.
