The Department of Employment and Income Distribution is responsible for studying employment, income distribution and social security, putting forward employment plans and policies that increase employment, adjust income distribution, improve the coordinated development of social security and economy; organizing the formulation and verification of reform plans concerning employment and income distribution, and coordinating the solution to relevant major problems.
