The Department of Fixed Assets Investment is responsible for monitoring and analyzing all fixed assets investment activities, studying and putting forward the overall scale, structure and funding sources for fixed assets investment and regulatory policies that govern all fixed assets investment activities; making recommendations on the reform of the investment and financing system; and examining and approving state-funded construction projects and major construction projects.
